Characteristics of ferrite:
Using the method of powder metallurgy production, low remanence, small magnetic permeability recovery.
The coercive force is larger and the demagnetization ability is stronger. It is especially suitable for the magnetic circuit structure used as dynamic working condition.
The material is hard and crisp and can be used for cutting and machining diamond sand tools.
The main raw material is oxide, so it is not easy to corrode.
Working temperature: - 40 DEG C to +200 DEG C.
It is divided into the anisotropic (anisotropic) and isotropic (isotropic). To the sintered ferrite magnetic properties of weak, but can be magnetized in different direction magnets; anisotropic sintered ferrite permanent magnetic materials with strong magnetic properties, but only along the magnet the predetermined magnetizing direction of magnetization.
Ferrite use:
For speaker, microphone, sound recorder etc.
Apply to automotive motors: wipers, start, warm air, fuel pumps, and seat motors, etc.
The utility model is applied to a body-building vehicle, a magnetic control, a massage chair, an automatic control, a microwave device, a radar and a medical appliance, etc..
It is also suitable for making instruments, meters, micro motors, electroacoustic devices, copiers, magnetic drives, etc.
